("RGF" or "the Group")
Result of AGM
The Company announces that at the Annual General Meeting held today, all proposed ordinary resolutions were duly passed.
The special resolution to cancel admission of the Company's shares on AIM was withdrawn with the consent of the meeting. Following the notice of this meeting being circulated to shareholders, it has become clear that there is not sufficient shareholder support at the present time for this resolution to pass.  The Board will reflect on this position, but as stated in the Chairman's Letter from the Notice of AGM , it believes the cancellation to be in the best interests of the Company and reiterates that it remains focussed on reviewing all initiatives to continue to improve the capital structure of the Group.
