    ** Co reports Q1 revenue of $29.8 mln, beating analysts'
est. of $26.1 mln - Refinitiv data
    ** Q1 gross profit increased to $5.0 mln from $4.3 mln a
year earlier due to fall in certain raw material costs and
improvement in productivity, but was partially offset by lower
sales volume
    ** Co sees long-term net sales of about $500 mln
    ** RGF stock down 42.38% YTD
