July 28 (Reuters) - Biogen BIIB.O is exploring an
acquisition of biotech firm Reata Pharmaceuticals RETA.O ,
Bloomberg Law reported on Friday, citing people familiar with
the matter.
Shares of Reata surged about 13% in premarket trading.
