** Shares of Estia Healthcare  EHE.AX  fall as much as 4.5% to
A$2.55, their lowest since Aug 16
** Shares of the aged-care services provider trade ex-dividend
** Shares fall up to 12 Australian cents from its last close,
more than the final dividend of 7.8 cents per share the company

** Stock has a dividend yield of 8.5%, compared with Regis
Healthcare's 7.9%  REG.AX  and Japara Healthcare's 6.2%  JHC.AX
