    ** Power rectifier manufacturer posts over 18% jump in HY

    ** Revenue rises 12.5% to A$10.8 mln
    ** More than 1.3 mln shares change hands, compared with the 
30-day avg of about 522,000 
    ** As of last close, stock had fallen more than 28% this
