** Shares of Redflow Ltd  RFX.AX  rise as much as 14.7% to
A$0.215 - set for best day since July 27, 2022, if current gains
hold 
    ** Battery co signs non-binding memorandum of understanding
(MoU) with Energex and Ergon, which are part of Energy
Queensland
    ** Says MoU to collaborate on evaluation and assessment of
co's zinc-bromine flow battery technology that can help to
address Energy Queensland's network requirements  
    ** RFX shares hit highest since Feb 14
    ** More than 519,200 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average trading volume of about 180,500 shares  
    ** Shares of co down 12.8% YTD, as of last close
