e-commerce co announces pricing of stock offering; stock lowest
since its IPO in 2017
** RBZ is the top pct loser across U.S. exchanges
** Co's offering of about 2.2 mln ordinary shares and 2.2
mln warrants is priced at combined offering price of $5/ordinary
share and accompanying warrant
