Sept 5 (Reuters) - ISR Capital Ltd  ISRC.SI : 
 
 * On 2 September 2016 entered into subscription agreements 
 * Exercise will raise an aggregate of s$12 million in gross proceeds for the 
company 
 * Will issue 141.2 million shares in the share capital of the company to four 
investors at the issue price of s$0.085 per subscription share
