Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

RegTech Open Project plc ("RTOP"), the technology business specialised in the
automation, management, and optimisation of regulatory compliance operations,
is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul McFadden as Chief Financial
Officer, with an effective start date of 5 December 2023.

Paul has over 15 years' experience in senior finance positions within market
leading digital information services, IT security, business advisory, training
and events businesses, creating and leading scalable finance functions. Most
recently, Paul was Group Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of
Shearwater Group plc, prior to which he was Group Financial Controller at
Wilmington plc during which time he was responsible for creating and leading a
scalable shared service centre as the business grew substantially organically
and via acquisitions in a five year-period.

Commenting on the appointment, Ian Halliday-Pegg, Chief Executive Officer of
RTOP, said:

"As noted in RTOP's recent prospectus, we have conducted a lengthy process to
identify and appoint an appropriate candidate for the role of Chief Financial
Officer. I am delighted that Paul is joining the RTOP senior management team
and bringing significant experience and knowledge as an established CFO in the
technology sector and high growth PLC environment."

currently in the process of being dissolved via voluntary strike-off.

when it was placed into solvent dissolution as a result of members' voluntary
liquidation. It was subsequently dissolved via voluntary strike-off on 31
