Aug 31 (Reuters) - China Hkbridge Holdings Ltd  2323.HK : 
    * Company proposes to raise gross proceeds of about 
HK$1,610.4 million by way of rights issue 
    * Co will allot and issue 732 million rights shares at 
subscription price of HK$2.2 per rights share 
    * Proposes raising authorised share capital from HK$200 
million (par value HK$0.10 per share) to HK$500 million (par 
value HK$0.10 per share)
