 * Discloseable transaction in relation to the acquisition of 45% equity 
   interests in the target company and provision of debt capital to the target 
   company  2323.HK  
 * Purchaser and the vendor entered into the sale and purchase agreement 
 * Deal for the consideration of RMB9 million 
 * Purchaser has agreed to acquire from vendor, vendor has agreed to sell to the 
   purchaser the target equity interest 
 * Says vendor and the target company, entered into the debt capital agreement 
 * Purchaser agreed to provide debt capital of RMB121.5 million to the target 
   company purusuant to debt capital agreement
