Australia's Macquarie set to buy UK's Renewi for $887 million

Nov 28 (Reuters) - Asset manager Macquarie MQG.AX and
Renewi RWI.L have reached a preliminary deal on the financial
terms of a potential 700.9 million pound ($886.78 million)
takeover of the London-listed waste management company.
Macquarie has proposed to buy Renewi for 870 pence per share
in cash, the companies said in a joint statement.
