Brief: CollabRx and Medytox sign merger agreement

April 16 (Reuters) - CollabRx Inc  CLRX.O : 
 * Collabrx and Medytox Solutions sign definitive merger agreement 
 * Terms of the agreement has been unanimously approved and adopted by the 
   boards of directors of both CollabRx and Medytox 
 * Under terms co equityholders will own 10% stake in combined co and Medytox 
   equityholders will own 90% of combined co 
 * Following the merger, seamus lagan will be CEO of the combined company 
 * Thomas mika,dr paul Billings will be appointed to combined co's seven-member 
   board, which will include the five current directors of Medytox 
 * Mika will serve as executive chairman, as well as CEO of CollabRx, which will 
   operate as wholly-owned subsidiary of the combined companies
