    PizzaExpress owner backs out on offer for Wagamama-owner Restaurant Group

    Nov 7 (Reuters) - The owner of PizzaExpress Wheel Topco
Limited said on Tuesday it would not make an offer for Britain's
Restaurant Group  RTN.L , citing current market conditions. 
    "Wheel Topco confirms that, due to market conditions, it
does not intend to make an offer for TRG," the company said in a
statement.
