PizzaExpress owner weighs possible offer for Wagamama owner Restaurant Group

Oct 26 (Reuters) - Britain's Restaurant Group  RTN.L 
said on Thursday it had received a request for information from
PizzaExpress Group owner Wheel Topco Limited to evaluate a
possible offer for the Wagamama owner. 
    Earlier this month, Restaurant Group had agreed to be taken
private by private equity firm Apollo Global  APO.N  for 506
million pounds ($611.05 million) after a year of financial
struggles and investor pressure.
