Changes in FTSE UK Index Series

06 April 2021




Following the all cash offer for G4S (UK, constituent) by Atlas UK Bidco Limited (non constituent) being declared unconditional in all respects, please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:
 
G4S (UK, B01FLG6) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 Index.
 
Restaurant Group (UK, B0YG1K0) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index, and removed from the FTSE SmallCap Index.
 
All changes are effective from 09 April 2021.
