The Restaurant Group plc (the 'Company') announces that Paul May, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has decided to step down from the Board and leave the Company with immediate effect.
 
Debbie Hewitt, Chairman, said;
 
"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Paul for the very valuable contribution that he has made since joining the business. We understand and accept his decision to step down and wish him all the best for the future."
 
The Board has commenced a search for a new Non-Executive Director and will update the market in due course.
 
Other Disclosures
In accordance with s.430 (2B) of the Companies Act 2006, it is confirmed no payments will be made to Paul May in connection with his stepping down from the Board, other than his usual Non-executive fees paid pro-rata.
