The Company announces the following changes to the interests of Directors in the Company's ordinary shares of 28.125p each ('Shares').
The Company has been advised that on 26 August 2016 Debbie Hewitt, Non-executive Chairman, bought 17,325 shares in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 432.90p per share and consequently has increased her shareholding in the Company to 28,630 shares, representing 0.014% of issued share capital.
