Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Restaurant Group plc (the 'Company') announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary 28.125p shares undertaken by directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility:
- Purchase by Andy McCue (Chief Executive Officer) of 5,617 ordinary 28.125p shares at a price of 3.354 per share on 31 March 2017; and
- Purchase by Barry Nightingale (Chief Financial Officer) of 5,964 ordinary 28.125p shares at a price of 3.354 per share on 31 March 2017.
These shares were purchases under the Company's deferred bonus arrangements.
