The Restaurant Group plc announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary 28.125p shares:
·      Purchase by Paul William Hewitt, Husband of Debbie Hewitt MBE, Chairman, of 13,659 ordinary 28.125p shares at a price of 145.64p a share per share on 3rd December 2018.
The purchases were made on the London Stock Exchange.
