The Restaurant Group Plc (the "Company")

Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
The Company has been notified, pursuant to Article 19(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596/EU) ("MAR"), that the transactions set out below occurred on the London Stock Exchange in connection with new ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company, provisionally allotted (nil paid) with ISIN GB00BG364719 (each a "Nil Paid Right").
