Launch of 2022 SAYE Scheme and PDMR Dealings

The Company announces that, as part of its all-employee Save As You Earn share
scheme (the "SAYE Scheme") for 2022, the following options over ordinary
shares of 28.125 pence each in the Company were granted to certain persons
discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") who elected to participate
in this year's scheme at an option price of 30.02 pence per share (the
"Award"):

The Awards are due to vest on 1 December 2025 and will remain exercisable for
six months.
Eligible employees, including Executive Directors, were invited to subscribe
for options over ordinary shares with an option price of 30.02 pence per
share - representing a 20% discount to the closing share price for the dealing
day immediately preceding the invitation date of 26 September 2022 - by
committing to a three-year savings programme. The options will vest after the
three years, when participants will be able to purchase shares at the option
price using the accumulated funds. A total of 12,064,015 options over ordinary
shares have been granted to employees. In order to participate in the 2022
Scheme, Andy Hornby has ceased to participate in the 2020 scheme.
The following notifications, made in accordance with the requirements of the
EU Market Abuse Regulation, give further detail of the number of options
granted to PDMRs on 24 October 2022 under the SAYE Scheme.
