possible offer
    ** RTN says it will consider Wheel's proposal
    ** Co on Oct 12 had agreed to be taken private by
private-equity firm Apollo Global  APO.N  for 506 mln pounds
($611.20 million)
    ** As of last close, RTN shares up about 113% YTD
