20% to A$0.180, hitting their highest since Feb. 9, 2022
** Stock eyes best day since Jan. 16, if gains hold
** U.S.-based semiconductor maker says it has entered into a
non-binding term sheet with SQN Venture Partners LLC and
Firsthand Capital Management
** Says non-binding term sheet sets out terms on which
Firsthand agrees to invest up to an additional $2 Mln in co
** Stock has risen 26.9% this year, as of last close
