The Company notes the suspension of trading in its shares. 
Further to the Company's announcement on 22 September 2017 concerning the extension of the auction deadline to 20 October 217, the Company is unable to finalise and publish the 31 March 2017 annual audited accounts before the deadline of 29 September 2017, as required by AIM Rule 19. This delay arises due to the difficulty in valuing the last remaining asset before the auction is complete. The Company expects to be able to publish the audited financial statements following the conclusion of the auction process, after which it would seek to have the share trading suspension lifted.
