("RHI Magnesita" or the "Company")
Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
RHI Magnesita N.V. announced on 28 March 2025 that, a person discharging
managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") exercised share options over 58,755
ordinary shares, represented by depositary interests, of €1 each (the
"Award") in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares" or "Shares"). The
Award, made under the terms of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan
("LTIP"), was granted on 8 March 2022. Shares acquired on exercise must be
retained until the fifth anniversary of the date of grant, being 8 March 2027,
other than to pay related taxes.
It was announced on 28 March 2025 that shares would be sold to cover taxes
over a period of time and this notification updates on the sale of those
shares to cover taxes.
The notification below is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU
Market Abuse Regulation as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the
European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
