Feb 4 (Reuters) - Religare Health Trust  RELI.SI : 
 * Trustee manager pte. ltd. (mou in respect of proposed fhtl transaction and 
related arrangements 
 * Non-binding mou in relation to the proposed disposal of relevant securities 
to, and related arrangements with, interested persons 
 * Trustee-manager and fortis healthcare limited have entered into a non-binding 
memorandum of understanding 
 * Disposal by fortis global healthcare infrastructure for a consideration of 
s$225.01 million 
 * Disposal by international hospitals in escorts heart institute and research 
centre to fortis hospitals for s$74.8 million 
 * Gross proceeds from proposed disposal and related arrangements are currently 
estimated to be s$299.7 million
