The Board of Ricardo plc today announces that Jack Boyer OBE will step down as
a Non-Executive Director at the end of July 2024 following nearly 5 years of
service to pursue other interests. As part of the Company's succession
planning, it is currently conducting a search for his replacement.

 

Mark Clare, Chairman of Ricardo plc said "On behalf of the Board, I would like
to thank Jack for his significant contributions to Ricardo over his time with
the company. Jack has been an active member of the Board and his knowledge in
the green technologies and digital space has been invaluable. I wish Jack the
