Notice of requisition of General Meeting

 

The Board of Ricardo (the "Board") notes the announcement by Science Group plc
on 1 May 2025, in which it confirmed it has submitted a requisition notice
requesting the convening of a General Meeting to consider a resolution to
remove Mark Clare as a director of the Company and Chairman of the Board.

The Board will convene a General Meeting in accordance with the statutory
timelines.

Shareholders are advised to take no action at this time.
