** Company rejects shareholder Science Group's SAGS.L demand to replace its chair and two other directors

** RCDO says SAGS, which holds over 15% of its shares, demanded board changes and warned it would call a general meeting if company did not comply

** Science and technology consultancy firm SAGS down 0.7%

** RCDO shares fell 14.3% in 2024
