 Further to the FTSE UK Index Series Annual Review June 2023 notice released on
 31 May 2023 and in accordance with the FTSE Russell Recalculation Policy and
 Guidelines
 (https://research.ftserussell.com/products/downloads/Equity_Index_Recalculation_Policy_and_Guidelines.pdf)
 , Rights and Issues Investment Trust (UK, 0739207) will now be an addition to
 the FTSE Small Cap index following discovery that the company's current
 ineligible ICB classification of 30205000 - Open End and Miscellaneous
 Investment Vehicles should have previously been updated to 30204000 Closed End
 Investments and is therefore eligible for inclusion to the FTSE UK Index
 Series.

 All other details remain unchanged.

Annual Review June 2023 - Amendment

 FTSE Russell announces the annual changes to the FTSE UK Index Series. All
 constituent changes will be applied after the close of business on Friday, 16
 June 2023 and will be effective on Monday, 19 June 2023 (rankings by
 capitalisation are as at close of business on Tuesday, 30 May 2023):

Please note:

 * Index review changes included within the attached files may be subject to
 revision until close of business Friday, 2 June 2023.  Effective Monday, 5
 June 2023, the index review changes will be considered final.  Any subsequent
 changes will generally only be considered in exceptional circumstances, in
 accordance with the FTSE Russell recalculation policy and guidelines.

 * Consequent to the Executive Order by the President of the United States
 ("EO") and further to the FTSE Russell notice published on 29 April 2021

 FTSE Russell has conducted the annual review of

 Investment Trusts with potential exposure to Communist Chinese Military
 Companies ("CCMC's"), and

 can confirm that there is no impact to the FTSE UK Index Series at this time.
