   October 2023 it purchased for cancellation 6,334 Ordinary Shares of  £0.25
   each.

   The prices paid were as follows:

   Lowest price paid per share     £18.90                                    
   Highest price paid per share    £19.00                                

    

   Following the above transaction,  the total number  of Ordinary Shares  in
   issue is 5,690,817.  There are no shares held in treasury. This figure may
