Change of Auditor

 

Following completion of a formal tender process overseen by the Audit, Risk
and Compliance Committee and endorsed by the Board, the Company announces that
Ernst & Young LLP ('EY') has been appointed as auditor to the Company for
the year ending 31 December 2024.

EY's appointment was approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting
held today.
