Dividend Declaration

 

The Directors of Rights and Issues Investment Trust PLC recommend a final
dividend of 32.00p per share for the year ended 31st December 2024.

Subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on
24th March 2025, the dividend will be paid on 4th April 2025 to shareholders
on the register on 7th March 2025. The ex-dividend date is 6th March 2025.
