Dividend Declaration

 

The Directors of Rights and Issues Investment Trust PLC have declared an
interim dividend of 12.25p per share in respect of the six months ended 30
June 2025.

The dividend will be paid on 26 September 2025 to shareholders on the register
on 29 August 2025. The ex-dividend date is 28 August 2025.
