RIGHTS AND ISSUES INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

("the Company")

Rights and Issues Investment Trust plc announces that at the Annual General
Meeting of the Company duly convened and held today, 26 March 2026,
Resolutions 1 to 10 were put to a poll and were duly passed. Resolution 11 was
to be proposed in the event that Resolution 10 was not passed. As Resolution
10 was passed by the requisite majority, Resolution 11 was withdrawn from the
business of the meeting.

The full text of each resolution can be found in the Annual Report and
Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025, which is available at

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.2 a copy of the resolutions will be
submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, and will shortly be available for
