BitNile Holdings surges on unit's hosting agreement

** Shares of bitcoin mining and data center operator BitNile
Holdings Inc  NILE.N  surge 5.7% to $0.13 
    ** Co's subsidiary BitNile Inc. entered a hosting agreement
with Agora Digital Holdings Inc., majority-owned subsidiary of
Ecoark Holdings Inc.  ZEST.O 
    ** BitNile Inc to secure up to 78 megawatts of power through
agreement
    ** Tie-up will enable BitNile Inc to initially power about
3,750 S19j Pro miners in the first quarter of 2023
    ** YTD, NILE shares down 89.7%
