NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

J. Rothschild Services Limited, on behalf of Hannah Rothschild, has notified
us of transactions involving the £1 ordinary shares in the Company
("Shares").  Details of these transactions are set out in the below tables
and are disclosed by the Company in accordance with the UK version of the EU
Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014.

Following these transactions, Hannah Rothschild's beneficial and
non-beneficial interests in the Company comprise the following:

•             14,206,051 Ordinary shares of £1.00 each (9.76%
of the Company's issued share capital, exclusive of treasury shares) held
beneficially.

 

•             15,402,708 Ordinary shares of £1.00 each (10.58%
of the Company's issued share capital, exclusive of treasury shares) held
