Monthly Valuation Update and Factsheet

RIT Capital Partners plc ("RIT") announces that its unaudited diluted NAV at
30 April 2025 (with debt at fair value) was 2,595p per £1 ordinary share (31
March 2025: 2,599p), following the payment of a 21.5p interim dividend in
April.  This represents a +0.7% total return for the month, outperforming the
ACWI (50% £), which was -1.4%.  YTD RIT's NAV per share total return was
+0.1%, outperforming the ACWI (50% £), which was -4.4%.
