SHARE BUYBACK MANAGEMENT

RIT Capital Partners plc (the "Company") announces that, from the end of its
2023 financial year reporting period on 31 December until it publishes its
2023 Annual Report & Accounts, it has issued an irrevocable instruction to
Numis Securities Limited ("Numis") to continue the Company's buybacks of its
ordinary shares in the market.  Numis will operate these buybacks
autonomously during this period.
