Monthly Valuation Update and Factsheet

RIT Capital Partners plc ("RIT") announces that its unaudited diluted NAV as
at 28 February 2026 (with debt at fair value) was 3,026p per £1 ordinary
share (31 January 2026: 2,958p), +2.3% from the previous month. YTD to 28
February, RIT's NAV per share total return is +3.6%.
