RiverFort Global Opportunities plc

("RGO" or the "Company")

Director/PDMR Shareholding

RiverFort Global Opportunities plc (AIM: RGO), has today been notified by
Philip Haydn-Slater, Non-Executive Chairman, that on 12 January 2023, he has
transferred at nil consideration from an account with WIH Ireland to an
account with Development Bank Singapore 20,000,000 ordinary shares in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares").   Both accounts are held in his name.

As a result of the transfer outlined above, Mr Haydn-Slater's beneficial
interest in RGO remains unchanged at 20,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing
2.58% of the Company's issued share capital.

The notification below, made in accordance with Article 7 of Regulation
2014/596/EU as it forms part of the UK law pursuant to the European Union
(Withdrawal) Act 2018 provides further detail in respect of the transaction as
described above.
