The Company is pleased to announce that yesterday it posted to shareholders a
notice convening the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of RiverFort Global
Opportunities plc to be held at the offices of Orrick, Herrington &
Sutcliffe (UK) LLP, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN on Wednesday 29 November
2023 at 10:30 am (the "Notice").
