Director Declaration

 

In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company has
been notified by a member of the Board of a change in their directorships in
another publicly quoted company.

Patrick Firth, a Non-Executive Director, has informed the Company that he has
been appointed to the board of CT UK Capital and Income Investment Trust PLC
as a non-executive Director with effect from 21 July 2022.
