Riverstone Energy Limited (the "Company" or "REL")

Secondary Public Offering in Permian Resources Corporation

Permian Resources Corporation ("Permian Resources") has announced the
commencement of an underwritten public offering of 46,112,899 shares of its
Class A common stock by, amongst other stockholders, affiliates of Riverstone
Investment Group LLC. Headquartered in Midland, Texas, Permian Resources is a
Delaware Basin pure-play E&P company publicly listed on the NYSE.

The pricing of the secondary public offering is expected to be announced
shortly.

The Company will participate in the offering.

The proposed offering is being made pursuant to a registration statement
previously filed by Permian Resources with the U.S. Securities and Exchange
Commission (the "SEC") that became automatically effective upon filing on
November 8, 2023.

This announcement shall not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of
an offer to buy shares of Class A common stock or any other securities, nor
