Completion of Share Buyback Programme
Following the announcement on 1 May 2020 of the start of Company's £50 million Share Buyback Programme, the Board is pleased to confirm that the Share Buyback Programme has been successfully completed with a total of 17,214,197 ordinary shares having been bought back at an average price of approximately £2.90 per ordinary share.
