RM Infrastructure Income plc (the "Company") announces that its Board of
Directors resolved that the Company will cancel its treasury shares in
accordance with the provisions of section 729 of the Companies Act 2006.

 

 Type of shares to be cancelled:                        Ordinary shares of £0.01 each

 Number of treasury shares to be cancelled:             4,638,222 Ordinary shares

 Date of cancellation:                                  23 August 2024

 Total number of shares in issue after cancellation:    117,586,359 Ordinary shares

 Number of treasury shares after  cancellation:         0 shares

 

The above number of 117,586,359 Ordinary Shares is the total number of voting
rights and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation
by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the Financial
Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
