Tender Offer

 RM Infrastructure Income plc announces that it intends to conduct a further return of capital to shareholders via a tender offer of c. £13 million (the "Tender Offer") as it continues to make further distributions to shareholders during the Company's ongoing managed wind-down process.

 The Company will make further announcements in relation to the Tender Offer and its timings in due course. A circular setting out full details of the Tender Offer and convening a general meeting to seek shareholder approval for the resolutions necessary to implement the Tender Offer will be published before the end of March.
