In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company
notifies the market of the following:

As of 30 November 2024, the issued share capital of the Company consisted of
97,848,021 Ordinary Shares and 269,595 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 97,578,426 (the
'Figure').

The Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,
or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure
Guidance and Transparency Rules.

For the purposes of the Transparency Directive the Company's Home Member State
is the United Kingdom.
