Technologies  ROO.AX  rise as much as 12.5% to A$0.009, mark
their best day since Oct 5
    ** The Israel-based agricultural tech developer announces
signing Letter of Intent (LoI) with Serbian agriculture project
developer Avital d.o.o  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nASX4lySgV
    ** Adds that LoI includes installation of Roots' technology
at the Ivan Leposavic (Blueberry nights) farm
    ** Stock down 61.9% this year, as of last close
